6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User-Generated Content. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Hakiteoid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Hakiteoid to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms of Service. You agree that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity.

Hakiteoid reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if it violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

In no event shall Hakiteoid’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either you or Hakiteoid. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Hakiteoid may terminate these Terms of Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination of these Terms of Service, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
